Master User Agreement

Welcome to HBX Financials (“HBX”, “Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern your access to and use of our website, services, training programs, and advisory offerings (collectively, the “Services”).
By accessing or using our Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

1. Definitions

  • 1.1 User,
    “you”, “your” refers to any individual or entity accessing HBX Financials’ website or services.
  • 1.2 Services
    refer to financial advisory, portfolio planning, trading education, training programs, IB (Introducing Broker) partnerships, digital content, analytics, and any other resources provided by HBX.
  • 1.3 Platform
    refers to our website, digital tools, communication channels, and any online or offline services provided by HBX Financials.

2. User Consent

By creating an account, enrolling in a training program, subscribing to services, or using HBX in any manner (including for informational purposes), you expressly agree to this User Agreement.
You may be required to check a consent box or acknowledge acceptance before using certain services. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

3. Electronic Signatures

  • 3.1 Your digital acceptance (checking a box, clicking “Agree”, or continuing use) constitutes a legally binding electronic signature.
  • 3.2 HBX may rely on your electronic consent for contract formation, authorization, and approvals.

4. Eligibility, Account Registration & User Responsibilities

  • 4.1 Eligibility
    You must be 18 years or older to use our Services.
  • 4.2 Account Security
    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activity conducted under your account.
  • 4.3 Accurate Information
    You agree to provide accurate, updated, and complete information at all times.
  • 4.4 Prohibited Use
    You must not:
  •     Engage in illegal or fraudulent activity
  •     Copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer HBX content
  •     Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools
  •     Misuse training materials or proprietary insights
  •     Access Services if legally prohibited or restricted
  •     HBX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

5. Communication & Notifications

By using our Services, you consent to receive emails, SMS alerts, WhatsApp updates, training notifications, or marketing messages related to HBX.
Some service-related alerts cannot be opted out of.

6. HBX Content Protection & Intellectual Property

  • 6.1 Ownership
    All content, including advisory materials, training content, strategies, documents, videos, analytics, and branding (“HBX Content”), is the exclusive property of HBX Financials.
  • 6.2 Restrictions
    You agree not to:
  •   Reproduce, resell, or distribute HBX Content
  •   Share course materials publicly
  •   Use our content to create competing services
  •   Remove branding or copyright notices
  •   Use automated tools to extract data

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

 

7. Advisory Disclaimer – No Guarantees, No Fiduciary Relationship

7.1 No Financial Guarantees
HBX Financials provides general advisory and educational guidance, but does not guarantee profits, returns, or specific outcomes.

7.2 Client Control of Funds
HBX does NOT handle, hold, or manage client funds.
All investments remain in your own accounts, under your full control.

7.3 No Liability
HBX is not responsible for:
Investment losses
Market fluctuations
Delays, inaccuracies, or third-party data issues
Trading mistakes made by the user

7.4 Non-Fiduciary
HBX does not act as a broker, portfolio manager, or fiduciary.
All decisions are made solely at the user’s discretion.

 

8. Payment, Subscriptions & Refund Policy

8.1 Fees
All pricing will be displayed before purchase.
8.2 Billing Cycle
Subscriptions or one-time payments follow the selected plan.
8.3 Refunds

  • Refunds may be provided only under these terms:
  • Refunds requested within 3 days of purchase
  • Training content or sessions not consumed beyond 20%
  • No refunds for completed or partially attended training rograms
  • No refunds for advisory services already delivered
  • Refunds for technical issues only if caused by HBX

  • Chargebacks without communication may result in account suspension.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

HBX implements standard security protocols.
However, we cannot guarantee absolute protection against unforeseen technical breaches.
Users may request data correction, access, or deletion according to applicable laws.
We do not sell or rent personal data.

10. Limitation of Liability

HBX is not liable for:

  • Investment losses
  • Service downtime or delays
  • Third-party platform issues
  • Errors in market data
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
    You agree to indemnify HBX against claims arising from misuse, violation of terms, or independent investment decisions.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed exclusively by the laws of Pakistan.
All legal disputes shall be handled in courts located in Islamabad, Pakistan, after following the dispute resolution process.

12. User Feedback

Any feedback or suggestions you provide become the property of HBX, without obligation for compensation.

13. Modifications to Terms

HBX may update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Continued use indicates acceptance of updated terms.

14. Service Availability

HBX does not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Downtime due to technical issues, maintenance, or third-party failures is not the responsibility of HBX.

15. Force Majeure


HBX is not liable for disruptions caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, cyber-attacks, regulatory changes, etc.

16. Compliance with Laws

Users must comply with Pakistani laws and regulations when using HBX services.

17. Training & Educational Content Disclaimer

HBX training programs provide educational material only and do not constitute personalized investment advice.

18. Third-Party Services

HBX may integrate with third-party platforms (brokers, data providers, payment processors).
We are not responsible for their actions, accuracy, or service quality.

19. Termination & Suspension

HBX may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violations of this Agreement
  • Fraud or suspicious activity
  • Non-compliance with payment terms
  • Abusive or harmful behavior
    We may retain certain data as required by law.

 

20. Acknowledgment

By using HBX Financials’ Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and consent to this Agreement.
